Delivery of spare parts for life jackets and spare parts for pneumatic life rafts

The subject of the order is the supply of spare parts for life jackets and spare parts for pneumatic life rafts divided into 8 tasks, as requirediami specified in Chapter III SIWZ and in the quantities and assortment presented in the tables in paragraph 1 Chapter III of the ToR, whereby the quantities included in the option in the tables, in the column "Quantity in option" can be used after the implementation of the basic quantities included in the column "basic quantity" in the event of the Employer's needs in this respect. About the intention to use the option right, about whichwa in art. 34 par. 5 of the Public Procurement Law, including the quantity of the ordered object, the Contracting Authority will inform the Contractor (in writing or by e-mail or fax) until 30/08/2019.

The subject of the order is the delivery of parts for the ZK-2 hydrostatic release, i.e. the membrana rubber ZK-2 in the amount of 246 pcs, in accordance with the requirements specified in Chapter III of the Terms of Reference - the Employer does not make a requirement in the scope of the above-described condition - the Contractor meets the condition if it shows that in a period not earlier than one month before the deadline for submission of tenders, has financial means or creditworthiness of at least: - task number PLN 3, 900.00, - task number 2PLN 15 100.00, - assignment No. 3 PLN 300.00, - assignment No. 4 PLN 12, 800.00, - assignment No. 5 PLN 2, 700.00, - assignment number PLN 6 170 800.00,

- task No. 7 27 PLN 300.00, - task No. 8 68 100.00 PLN.

Note:

1. Where the Contractor submits an offer for several tasks, he must sum up the value of individual tasks and show the amount of funds held or the creditworthiness for their summing upvalue, for example: if the Contractor submits an offer for the task from 1 to 8, the amount of financial resources or creditworthiness should amount to PLN 301, 000.00.

2.If the documents submitted to confirm compliance with the condition of participation in the proceedings, the amounts will be expressed in a foreign currency, these amounts will be converted into PLN according to the average PLN exchange rate in relation to the foreign currencies announcedby the National Bank of Poland (Table A of average foreign exchange rates) on the date of issue of the document. In the absence of publication of NBP exchange rates applicable on the day referred to above, the last rate announced before that date shall apply.
