Only the person who fulfills the following conditions in the case of a public contractposition according to - 32 par. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Z.z. - The applicant or occupier proves the fulfillment of the conditions of participation pursuant to paragraph 1 by means of documents pursuant to - 32 par. 2 of Act No. 343/2015 on Public Procurement, in originals or by professionally certified photocopies. - Conditions for the recognition of personal status pursuant to - 32 par. 1 ZVO and documents pursuant to - 32 par. 2 ZVO, which is the applicant orthe person proving the fulfillment of the conditions of the person's personal status, or the lack of signs in this cell stated in the tender documents - A.2 Conditions of participation of the applicants and in Section 32 of Act 343/2015 Z.z.

If the applicant or occupier has a place of business or place of business or usually resides outside the territory of the Slovak Republic and has its registered office, place of business or place of usual residenceand the document referred to above or does not issue even equivalent documents, it may be replaced by an affidavit in accordance with the regulations in force in the statute of his guard, place of business or usual residence. The group of suppliers shall demonstrate the fulfillment of the condition of the person's personal status for each member of the group separately. Repairs to deliver goods, to perform construction works or to provide a service are demonstrated by a member of the group only in v(Section 39), the Single European Document (JED) may be used to fulfill the conditions in part, by which the applicant or the person concerned may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation. If the applicant or occupier uses the JED, the contracting authority may, within the meaning of Article 39 6 at any time during the tendering procedurethe applicant in JED-e shall also provide the information necessary for access to these electronic databases, preferably the Internet address of the electronic database (s), any identifying data and sounds required for accessup to these databases. These documents will not be required by the applicant or the interested contracting authority and the required information will be obtained on the basis of the access to the electronic databases.- In the case of the proposed subcontractors - the JED of the applicant contains information about each such subcontractor and also submits the JED for each of these subcontractors. A person under - 8 of the ZVO (Handtmann Slovakia, s.r.o.) may not, in accordance with --11 of the Public Procurement Act no. 343/2015 Z.z. to conclude a contract, a concession contract or a framework agreement with an applicant or tenderers who are required to register in the public sector partners register and not entered in the register of public sector partners or subcontractors or subcontractors under a separate regulation who are required to register with partnersof the public sector and not entered in the register of public sector partners. The contract enters into force upon signing by both Contracting Parties and is enforceable once the following conditions have been met: the procurement process will be provably approved by the grantor of funds to cover the acquisition of the subject of the procurement if such approval is required (following ex-post controlsa). In the event of improper outcome of the administrative review of this Agreement by the NFP Provider, the Contracting Parties agree that this Agreement shall be terminated from the outset. The Contractor declares that there is no liability for any damages incurred by the Client at any time.
