The object of the contract is: Construction of an electronic car scale with a load capacity of 60Mg and dimensions 18.45x3 (mb). The scale is a free-standing building structure intended for static weighing of motor vehicles. The scale will be located on the access road line and will be accessible from the horizontalhim terrain. The facility is located on the premises of the Sewage Treatment Plant in Wet Right on the plot with registration number: 314/5 and 773/14. The plot is the property of ZWIK "Wod-Kan" Sp. Z o. O.

The subject of the contract is the construction of an electronic car scale with a load capacity of 60 Mg and dimensions 18.45x3 (mb). The scale is a building object freestanding prdesignated for static weighing of motor vehicles. The scale will be located on the access road line and will be available from the ground level. The scope of work includes, among others:

1. Delivery and assembly of a brand new electronic car scale along with configuration, automation, software and commissioning of the system.

2. Construction of a car scale, 18 m long and carrying capacity of 60 Mg. Wa devicegowe will be mounted on a monolithic prefabricated foundation with recessed construction.

3. The required weight is to have, among others:

- minimum weighing range 400 kg,

- - 20 kg value of the verification lot,

- guaranteed temperature range while maintaining measuring capabilities -10C

40C,

- weighing accuracy class - OIML commercial class,

- IP65 tightness weighing terminal,

- olei-resistant gasket at the connections of the balance elements, at the connections of the balance with the mushroom-type trough, at least 12 cm, protecting against the penetration of dirt under the balance.

4. Laying pipes and power supply cable together with its overload and differential current protection.

5. Introduction of weighing algorithms.

6. Moving the lighting pole and power cable. Existing KaBleach extended with new episodes. In the place where existing cables are connected with new ones, make cable joints.

7. Protection against electric shock.

8. Construction of a drainage drainage system for the weighing area with a coalescence separator with a sedimentation tank.

9. The terrain is hardened before moving on and off the scale. After building the balance, damaged parts of the pavement should be cured by lining with a cubeconcrete paved.

10. The car scale is to be legalized, as well as have full technical documentation and have CE quality and safety certificate.

11. For the electrical and I&C industry, the overarching project is to develop: "Detailed design of a low-current automation system for a car scale with a load capacity of 60 Mg, located in a sewage treatment plant in a localul. Mokra Prawa 30, commune Skierniewice "update and supplement of" architectural and construction design, landscaping project with a car scale together with a scale foundation design in Mokra Prawa, plot 314/5, 773/14, commune Skierniewice "from July 2018 in I&C industry and teletechnics (July 2018) (by JMM Projekt Michał Marciniak). This project does not change the designimportant method: location of the balance, method of foundation and selection of foundations, and does not interfere in the reconstruction of the colliding light pole with the power line or in the implementation of drainage drainage system.

12. For the electrical and AKPiA industry, the robot`s overhead measure is the development of: "Take-off of the AKPiA and teletechnic industry robot" (by JMM Projekt Michał Marciniak).

13. For the electroThe main technical specification of the execution and acceptance of the robot is the development of the "Technical Specification for the Performance and Acceptance of Electric and AKPiA Robots" (by JMM Projekt Michał Marciniak).

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the design and cost estimate documentation constituting Annex No. 1 to the ToR.

The Employer will apply when selecting the best offerł the following criteria:

a) criterion "gross price of the offer" (C) weight 60%,

b) criterion "warranty period" (Og) weight 40%.

The Purchaser specifies:

- minimum warranty period : 24 months, the maximum warranty period: 60 months.

Purchaser before the grantwithout ordering, I will call the Contractor whose bid has been highest rated to submit within a specified period, not shorter than 10 days, valid as at the date of submitting the following statements or documents:

1) in relation to the lack of grounds for excluding the Contractor from participation in the proceedings:

a ) information from the National Criminal Register in the scope specified in art. 24 paragraph 1 item 13, 14 and 21 of the PPL Actonce, regarding a conviction for an offense against imprisonment, to the extent specified by the Employer pursuant to art. 24 paragraph 5 points 5 and 6 of the Public Procurement Law, issued not earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submission of bids,

b) the Contractor`s statement that he has not issued a final court judgment or the final administrative decision regarding arrears with the payment of taxes, fees or contributionsfor social or health insurance,

c) the Contractor`s statement on the lack of a decision against him as a preventive measure prohibiting him from applying for a public contract,

d) an excerpt from the relevant register or from the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, if separate provisions require an entry in the register or records to confirm that there are no grounds for exclusion on the groundie art. 24 paragraph 5 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law,

e) a certificate from the competent head of the tax office confirming that the Contractor is not in arrears with taxes,

f) a certificate from the appropriate organizational unit of the Social Insurance Institution or Agricultural Social Insurance Fund or other document confirming that the Contractor is not in arrears payment of insurance premiumssocial or health,

g) the Contractor`s statement on non-payment of local taxes and fees, referred to in the Act of 12.1.1991 on local taxes and fees,

h) the Contractor`s statement on the failure to issue a final conviction for an offense for a penalty of restriction of liberty or a fine to the extent specified by the Employer pursuant to art. 24 paragraph 5 point 5 and6 of the Public Procurement Law,

2) in relation to the condition of technical or professional capacity:

a) list of construction works,

b) list of persons.

3) documents referred to in item 1) lit. a-h, relating to entities on capabilities or situations which the Contractor relies on the principles set out in art. 22a of the Public Procurement Law (if applicable).

4) in the case of Contractors jointly applying for the award of a documentEnts referred to in item 1) lit. a-h, each of the Contractors jointly applying for the contract is submitted.

If the Contractor has its registered office or place of residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, it submits the documents referred to in chapter VI point 7 of the SETC.

Documents regarding belonging to the same capital group. The Contractor, within 3 days of posting on PlatforPurchasing Information referred to in art. 86 section 5 of the Public Procurement Law, shall provide the Ordering Party via the Purchase Platform tab "Correspondence" with a statement on belonging or not belonging to the same capital group, as referred to in Article 24 (1) (23) of the Public Procurement Law. that connections with another Contractor do not lead to the ordercompetition in the procurement procedure.
