Supply and maintenance of C connectors without wire for programming Linky meters

Supply and maintenance of equipments, said. The purchase is part of the Linky project. These wireless connectors provide the interface between meters and PDAs used by field technicians for the deployment and maintenance of meters. This market concerns approximately 5, 000 connectors.

- the activities linked to the design of connector C:

The design of connector C and carrying out tests and trials.

Le development and configuration of the on-board software for this equipment, and the description of a procedure allowing its installation and updating on the Bluetooth connector via a mobile terminal,

- the production, packaging and delivery of connectors and accessories (cables, batteries and chargers) according to the volumes ordered.

A capacity to respond to orders from the entityresumption is expected within 6 months (not open) following the start of the market,

- activities related to the maintenance of the fleet of C connectors produced:

Resumption, diagnosis, repair or equivalent replacement of all equipment under warranty which turns out to be faulty (not in accordance with the requirements described in these specifications).

The handling and correction of anomaliesdetected software, managing the version upgrades of the software components used (OS, Frameworks, etc.), in particular in the event of a security breach, and the delivery of the corresponding patches to allow the company to upgrade on-board software for all of the C connectors present in the fleet via the mobile terminal.

The candidate must provide a declarationation on honor dated and signed justifying that it does not enter into any of the cases of prohibition to tender mentioned in articles 45 and 48 of the ordinance n 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 relating to the public markets. This declaration is to be provided by the individual candidates, by each member of a candidate group and, if applicable, by the sub-contractors present. In the absence ofproof, the application may be rejected.
