The open procedure aimed at concluding a framework agreement with a single economic operator, pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and ss.mm.ii., pursuant to which the company Uniflotte S.r.l., belonging to the Hera Group, will entrust the supply of a.

The open procedure aimed at concluding a framework agreement, with a single economic operator, pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, by virtue of which the company Uniflotte Srl, belonging to the Hera Group, will entrust the supply of aindicative and estimated quantity of 18, 000.

b) declaration relating to the absence of grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and ss.mm.ii., as punctually indicated in the forms attached to the aforementioned Disciplinary of tender (Annex B and evenually Attachment C), including declarations regarding the aforementioned art. 80 by any terminated subjects, as indicated in the forms attached to the aforementioned tender regulations (Annex D);
c) declaration indicating the fulfillment within the represented economic operator of the safety obligations envisaged by the current legislation;
d)statement indicating the indication of the competent administrations / bodies in which the Contracting Authority will be able to carry out the official verifications on the possession of the requisites as per art. 80 of Legislative Decree n. 50/2016 and ss.mm.ii. complete with all the contact details (fax, telephone, p.e.c.) necessary for the forwarding of the relative requests;

f) declaration to acknowledge that for the receipt of any communication pursuant to art. 76 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and ss.mm.ii. and / or requests for clarification and / or integration of the documentation submitted, the Contracting Authority will be able to use the certified e-mail address of the economic operator indicated by the same in its identification data or, inIn case of impossibility, the fax number of the contact person registered in the SRM system.
In the case of the temporary grouping of competitors, this declaration must be made only by the economic operator, the parent company, as in the case of the Consortium must be made only by the Consortium and not also by the Consortium members indicated as executors of the activities object of the contract;
g) decto authorize the Contracting Authority to perform, in accordance with the GDPR UE 2016/679, the processing of the data provided by the registrant in the present proceeding, for the sole purpose of carrying out its own institutional activity;
h) declaration showing the conformity to the original owned by the economic operator of all copies of the documents presented as provided for in presend notice;
i) declaration that it appears to have made all the declarations requested in the present announcement in the awareness of the penal sanctions provided for by art. 76 of the D.P.R. n. 445 / 2000.

j) copy of suitable bank reference, date not earlier than 2 (two) months from the date of this announcement, of at least 1 (one) credit institution, authorized pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 353/90 e ss.mm.ii., attesting the economic and financial capacity of the competing economic operator.
- In the event of participation in the creation of temporary grouping / ordinary consortium of competitorsi, it is required that both the economic operator designated as the parent company-representative and each economic operator appointed as principal, provide suitable banking reference, of at least one credit institution each, attesting the economic and financial capacity of the economic operator itself; In the case of participation of Consortia pursuant to Article 45, paragraph 2, letter b) and c) of Legislative Decree no. 50 /2016 and ss.mm.ii., this requirement must be possessed by the Consortium itself.
K) declaration certifying the specific turnover for supplies similar to those object of the contract carried out overall in the last 3 financial years available, showing a specific turnover total of at least EUR 2 500 000.00 (two million five hundred thousand / 00). It is specified that forLogos means.
Please note: this refers to the last 3 financial years approved on the date of publication of the notice. Even though the 2018 financial statements have not yet been approved, if the financial year (or part of it) relating to this year is nevertheless already documented with other valid documentation of a fiscal and / or contractual nature, then it will be possible to take into considerationalso this period.
It remains established that the specific turnover for similar supplies must in any case have been carried out in 3 years.
As proof of the aforementioned declaration, the competing economic operator must produce a list of the orders / contracts for achievements similar to those of the present tender procedure as defined above.
QuThis list must contain, for each contract / order, the following information:
a) the precise description of the supply object of the contract / order;
b) the amounts actually invoiced / accounted for, net of VAT, in the aforesaid time frame; ) the duration of the supply (start and expiry date).
d) the recipients, public or private, of the supply with the correctcation of their business name and contact details (pec, telephone, fax) at which the Customer can make the official checks on the veracity of what was declared by the competitor. The data of the aforementioned list must be confirmed by attaching the same to the same, with specific reference and timely reference in the List itself, copy of the contractual documentation dwhich shows that the supplies refer to electronic industrial automation equipment. It also requires a certificate of success of the supply issued by the client with explicit evidence of all the information above and useful to verify the possession of the requirement, or alternatively the self-certification of the competitor attesting the regular executionof the supply itself.
