Clarification requests sent to the bidder by the tender evaluation commission:

1) According to art. 132 par. (3) of H.G. 395/2016 and art. 215 par. (4) of Law 98/2016, the Evaluation Committee requests clarification, within one working day of the deadline for the submission of tenders, atthe potential inconsistencies regarding the fulfillment of the conditions of the guarantee of participation as well as the amount or the validity of it. Under the sanction of rejection of the offer as unacceptable, the term of reply to the request for clarification given to the bidder is 3 days; 2) According to art. 134 of H.G. 395/2016, the deadline for responding to clarification requests, the formal or confirmatory completions necessary for the evaluation of the tenders are 3 working days.
