A brief description of the subject matter of the contract is given in point II.1.4) of this notice.Applicant must meet the conditions of participation specified in - 32 par. 1 zakona č. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the Amendment and Supplementation of Certain Acts as amended (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") The Applicant shall prove compliance with the conditions relating to personal status pursuant to Section 32 (1) of the Act by documents pursuant to Section 32 (2) or pursuant to Section 32 Article 32 (1) (e) zakonathe applicant must prove that he is entitled to supply the goods covered by this contract. The lawfulness of a legal entity is required at the same time, according to Act no. 91/2016 Coll. on Criminal Liability of Legal Persons and on the Amendment and Addition of Some Laws

1.2 Document according to - 32 par. 2 pism. e) prohibit the use of data from public administration information systems pursuant to a special regulation(Act No. 177/2018 Coll. on some measures to reduce administrative burdens by using public administration information systems and do not have to submit amendments to certain regulations (the Act against bureaucracy). ) the above rule applies to economic operators (interested) listed in - 2 par. 2 zakona č. 272/2015 Coll. on the Register of Law Enforcement Entities, Entrepreneurs and Public Authorities and on Amendments to Certain Laws. In other cases, the claimant is still obliged to submit a document showing compliance with the conditions relating to the status of a person (eg a register from a business register or a trade register).they are obliged to submit documents pursuant to - 32 par. 2 zakona.

1.4 The contracting authority shall recognize an equivalent entry, such as the entry in the list of traders under the law or the certificate of registration issued by the competent authority of another Member State to which the tenderer proves that the conditions of participation in the contract have been met. The public purchaser also accepts other equivalent documents

1.5 The applicant may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation specified by the contracting authorities with a single European document within the meaning of Section 39 of the Act. Demonstration of the conditions of participation is also effectively against the contracting authority pursuant to - 152 para.

1.6 The vendor group demonstrates compliance with the conditions for participation in public procurement related topersonal position for each member of the group separately. Fulfillment of Participation Conditions pursuant to Section 32 Para. 1 pism. 6. Minimal technical requirements for using the Eranet information system:

7. Submission of the offer is solely by electronic means, via the Eranet systemat the web address: https: //nou.eranet.sk.

8. An explanation of the information needed to prepare the tender and to demonstrate that the conditions of participation have been met, VO shall immediately notify at least 6 days before the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders, provided that an explanation is received by the interested party in advance. Conditions of participation as notified, item III.1.1) Personal status, III.1.2) Economic and financial situationthe status and point III.1.3) of technical and professional capacity and the means of demonstrating them are set out in annex no. 5 SP. The model for a single European document is attached in annex no. 3 SP.

10. Bid security is required at EUR 20, 000.00. The method and conditions for the composition of the security are set out in accordance with the law and detailed in point 11 of the SP.
