The tenderer shall submit the Uniform European Tender Document, which they have completed, which consists of an updated self-declaration and which has already been published by the contracting authority.s provisional evidence shall be accepted as replacement for documents or certificates issued by governmental authorities or third parties confirming that the tenderer concerned satisfies all of the following conditions:
