Newly built Swissgridthey are installations and continuously improve their existing installations linked to transmission networks. With a view to standardization, Swissgrid wishes to standardize its substations and overhead power lines as much as possible on a technical level, or at least standardize them within a certain framework (functionality).

Main Site: Services based on locationn must be supplied throughout Switzerland. Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) can take place abroad. Non-location based services must be provided at the partner`s location.

Swissgrid is building new facilities and continuously improving its existing facilities linked to transmission networks. With a view to standardization, Swissgrid wishes to uniforganize its substations and overhead power lines as much as possible technically, or at least standardize them within a certain framework (functionality).

In order to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of Swissgrid resources, some services necessary for the planning, preparation and implementation of projects are subcontracted to service providers

The objectives of this call for tenders are to obtain the planning and engineering services necessary for the design, planning, authorization, tendering and execution of works, supervision of assembly, tests, etc. in the form of a framework planner agreement.

EK 1: average annual turnover of the company in the last fiveyears of at least CHF 5, 000, 000 in total and of at least CHF 500, 000 in the field of engineering and planning services for the construction of power lines ≥ 110 kV.

EK 2: three references which meet the minimum requirements with regard to the degree of implementation, the age, the amount of the costs, the person employed, the scope of the services, the comparability, the field ofapplication.

EK 3: designate contact persons and provide proof of their skills in German.

EK 4: indication of the use of ISO 9001 or a comparable quality standard, with justification.

EK 5 : confirmation with signature.

EK 6: confirmation with signature and description of the experience.

Partial offers are not accepted.

Conditions for countries with nohave adhered to the WTO agreements: none.

General conditions: according to the documents of the invitation to tender.

Negotiations: remain reserved.

Conditions governing the procedure: the contracting authority adjudicates public markets for services in Switzerland only to contractors who guarantee compliance with the provisions on worker protection, working conditions and equalitysalary limit between men and women.

Indication of remedies: in accordance with article 30 LMP, the present publication can be attacked, within a period of 20 days as from its notification, near the federal administrative court, post office box, 9023 St. Gall. The appeal brief, to be presented in two copies, will indicate the conclusions, grounds and evidence and will bear thesignature of the appellant or his representative; A copy of this publication and the documents invoked as evidence will be attached to it, when available. to be complete. The postmark (postage by the company is not considered coeven a postmark) or the receipt of a bar code from a Swiss post office or, in the case of foreign service providers, the receipt of a Swiss diplomatic or consular representation is decisive. Tenders must be sent by A mail and by registered mail. If the offer is given to a Swiss diplomatic or consular representation abroad, the tenderer is bound to informormer Swissgrid SA by email: (tim.kempter@swissgrid.ch) of the acknowledgment of receipt of the representation concerned no later than the closing date for submission of the offer. Offers cannot be delivered in person and are not accepted on site.
