The subject of the public procurement includes the supply of low voltage electrical power and the selection of a standard balancing group coordinator according to the Energy Efficiency, ITU and PPL for a period of 36 months for the needsof the "Yagoruda" TPP.The estimated amount of electricity for a period of 3 years is 41 787, 00 kWh

The participant should:

- hold a license issued by the KEWR for "trading in electricity" according to Art. 39, para. 1, item 5 of the Energy Act (EE), including rights and obligations related to the activity "coordinator of a standard balancing group" according to Article 39, paragraph 5 of the Energy Act, - be a register(ESO) as an electricity trader with identified identification number / EIC code and status "active", - is registered with the Electricity System Operator (ESO) as the coordinator of a standard balancing group with identified identification number / EIC code and status "active".
