Measurements, Studies and Improvements in HTA-BT - Martinique

The case concerns the realization of measurements, studies and improvements in land take-up of LV MV distribution networks on the island of Martinique.

Main Site: Martinique Island

Measures, studies and improvements of the land take of the existing structures of the diElectricity stribution without network construction.

These landings concern:

- the land take of the neutral of the LV network,

- the land catches of the HTA LV substations,

- the land catch of the equipment in network (switch cabinets, air switches, cabinets, air cable shields, armaments, metal supports, aero-underground connections)

couples' networks.

Documents to be provided at the stage of the advance notice:

- the candidate must provide a declaration of honor dated and signed justifying that it does not enter in any of the cases of prohibition to tender mentioned Articles 45 and 48 of Order No 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 on public markets. This declaration is to be provided by the individual candidates, by each-members of a consortium and, where applicable, by the subcontractors present,

- if the candidate is in receivership, he must produce the copy of the judgment (s) pronounced to justify that he is entitled to pursue his activities during the period of execution of the contract. This document is to be provided by the individual candidates and by the members concerned of a grouping candidat,

- the applicant must submit an extract from the relevant register, less than 3 months old, such as an extract K bis, or, failing that, an equivalent document issued by the competent judicial or administrative authority of the country of origin or establishment of the candidate. This document is to be provided by the individual candidates and by each member of a candidate group.in the case of an award: - the candidate must provide the certificates issued by the competent administrations and bodies proving that he has satisfied his fiscal and social obligations. These certificates are to be provided by the individual candidates and by each member of a candidate group.
