The subject of the contract is the electricity supply to Jadro and decommissioning company, a.s. from 1.1.2019 to 31.12.2020 in the procurement offices of the contracting authority (see below), including the assumption of responsibility for the deviation to the trainee.-Jadro and decommissioning company, a.s., will take the places: JAVYS railway siding, Veľk- Kostoľany; workplace Jaslovske Bohunice 919 31, SLOVAKIA; RU RAO Mochovce, SLOVAKIA; Tomašikova 22, 821 02 Bratislava, SLOVAKIA

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to Jadro and decommissioning company, a.s. from 1.1.2019 to 31.12.2020 to the contracting authority's procurement points (see below), gates(1) JAVYS railway siding, Veľk- Kostoľany, SLOVAKIA,

2) Jaslovske workstation (Jablonec nad Nisou, as) Bohunice 919 31, SLOVAKIA,

3) workplace RU RAO Mochovce, SLOVAKIA

4) Tomašikova 22, 821 02 Bratislava, SLOVAKIA

Total amount: 57 409, 4 MWh / 2years. Further information is provided in the tender documents. The Applicant must meet the conditions for the person's personal status mentioned in - 32 par. 1) zak. no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on Amendments to Certain Laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), 32 ods. 2) resp. (4) to (5) of the law by submitting the most advanced forms of electronic documents and subsequently the applicant in the first place in the order will be required to produce the original documents or their certified true copies, respectively. within the meaning of - 152 of the Act, an applicant who is registered in the list of economic subjects is not obliged to submit documents in order to prove compliance with the public procurementof the salary of a person who is in a personal position pursuant to Section 32 2) resp. 4) to 5) of the Act, in this case it is appropriate, but not necessarily, to submit only the data on the valid entry in the list of economic subjects kept by the Public Procurement Office with the registration number or identification data on the basis of which it is possible to enter it in this list look up. Write in business directory-according to Act No. 25/2006 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of the laws in the wording of later regulations is entered in the list of economic subjects in the scope of recorded facts. No facts recorded shall be proved in accordance with - 32 par. 2) and 4) to 5) respectively. (a) Each bidder can submit only one offer. The applicant can not be a member of a group of contractors submitting another offer.

B) The communication to the explanation is carried out exclusively in the Slovak language

c) The public contracting authority is represented by the Institute of Counseling and Procurement of the Client, s.r.o.-is realized electronically via the EVO portal at www.evo.gov.sk and until all potential documents or documents are identified, all documents and documents are submitted exclusively in electronic form via the EVO system.
