The Board of Directors of CEZ Distribution Bulgaria AD, UIC 130277958, as a sector contracting authority for public procurement under within the meaning of Article 5, Paragraph 4, Item 2 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), which carries out a sectornamental activity under Art. 123, item 2 in connection with Art. 125, para. 1, item 1 of the PPL and - 2, item 60 of the PD of the PPA on the basis of special or exclusive rights within the meaning of - 2, item 47 of the PPL, initiates and conducts an "open" type of public procurement procedure order with object "Delivery of accessories for AC wires, including terminals, glands, butterfly, earrings and bolts", Ref. No. PPD 19-076.
