Software Development and Implementation Support Software for E-Learning Training Activity

Service delivery will be achieved through the creation and implementation of software support for the professional training, in accordance with the technical specifications mentioned in the specifications, pras well as by providing technical assistance (necessary support) throughout the funding period.

Software development and implementation support software for the training activity within the project "Integrated measures for the development of the marginal community"SC Profi Rom Food SRL will at any time exclude the award procedure from the" Frumusica commune ", SMIS Code 2014: 114817, CPV code: 72212190-7 - Educational software development services (Rev.2) according to the specification. of the service contract, any economic operator who is in one of the situations stipulated in Articles 59, 60, 164, 165 and 167 of the Law no.98/2016 regarding the updated public procurement.

Exclusion reasons will be applied to associations / subcontractors / third-party supporters, as the case may be.

Means of performance: under the sanction of rejection of the offer as unacceptable, each economic operator participating in the award procedure, affiliate bidder, subcontractor, third party supporter, as the case may be) will present at oncewith the DUAE offer, supplemented with information related to their situation, and the other requested documents (own declarations of failure to comply with the provisions of Articles 59, 60, 165 and 167 of the updated Public Procurement Act 98/2016 and the fulfillment of the conditions provided for by Article 164 of Law No 98/2016 on the acquisitionetc.) to be submitted by the winning bidder.
