The incumbent will be in charge of the implementation operational work of the program, in its dimensions:

Main Site: Paris.

Provision of advice for the definition of the needs of the AFD group in terms of:

- evolution / construction of the referprocesses and organization, and the corresponding governance (component 1),

- overhaul of the referential of procedures (and its governance), so that it is declinable from the process referential, more ergonomic for users and simpler to update (part 2)

- a letter of application,

- bidders can use the form DC1or any equivalent document,

- the declaration of the candidate,

- the bidders can use the form DC2 or any equivalent document,

- any document relating to the power of the person authorized to engage the company,

- information concerning the situation of the undertaking as provided for in Article 48 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016, and in particular a declaration onthe honor to justify that the candidate enters in no cases prohibitions to tender, and in particular that it is in rule with the articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the labor code concerning the employment of handicapped workers, - a model of certificate of honor is attached as Annex 1 to this regulation of the consultation.

- statement of turnoveroverall, and where appropriate for the services which are the subject of the present consultation, covering the last 3 financial years available according to the date of the creation of the undertaking or the beginning of the economic operator's activity, to the extent that the information on these turnover figures are available,

- appropriate bank declaration, or where appropriate, evidence of insurance forOccupational risks.

Deadline to request any further information: 5.4.2019. Newly created companies are allowed to apply. If they are unable to produce some of the documents requested in this consultation regulation, they may justify their financial and professional capacity by other means andin particular by the presentation of titles or the professional experience of the person or their managers.
