The subject of the contract is to ensure the implementation of educational programs for job seekers (UoZ) are required to work on the labor market and allow them to acquire new professional knowledge, skills and abilities to do-performing the profession in production, warehousing and business premises, as well as in the provision of services.

The subject of the first part of the order is an accredited program for 2025 UoZ Stock Management, for further information is provided in SP. Termination form-program of entertainment: snooker. Evidence of the completion of the education program: Certificate of completion of the accredited training program. List and brief description of the conditions: Public procurement may be awarded only to those who meet the condition of a person's personal status within the meaning of - 32 par. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of certain laws in-(hereinafter referred to as "ZVO"). Their fulfillment of the proof according to - 32 par. 2,

4. The public tender is carried out in accordance with - 66 par. 7 ZVO (so-called reverse public tender). Public Procurer as COO for the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Slovak Republic shall procure this order for the Center for Work, Social Affairs and the Family

Under Section 39 of the GPA, the applicant may provisionally replace the documentary evidence of the fulfillment of the conditions of part time stipulated by the contracting authority by the Single European Document (JED). The Public Procurement Authority allows the Applicant to fill in only the Globalny Section for all conditions of Part IV of the JED without having to complete the other parts of Part IV of the JED.
