This Invitation to Tender follows the General Procurement Notice for this project which was published on European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) website, Procurement Notices (www.ebrd.com) on 21.9.2018..

The Ministry of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development, Water and Forests, The Department of Irrigation and Agricultural Area Management,, hereinafter referred to as "the Employer", intends using part of the proceeds of a loan from the Bank towards the cost of Saiss Water Conservation Project..

The Employer now invites sealed tenders from contractors for the following Contract[s] to be funded from part of the proceeds of the loan: construction of the second tranche (From PK 17 to PK 60.6) of the adduction system starting from the M'dez dam. Those construction works are part of the SaIss hydroagricultural conservation project in the Sefrou province and are divided into 2 lots..

— Lot 1: Construction Works of the Adduction System starting from the M'Dez dam, from PK 17 to PK 37.6, .

— Lot 2: Construction works of the Adduction System starting from the M'Dez dam, from PK 37.6 to PK 60.6..

Tenders are invited for one or more lots. Each lot must be priced separately. Tenders for more than one lot may offer discounts and such discounts will be considered in the comparison of tenders..

Tenders to those contracts that will be financed from the proceeds of the Bank's loan are open to Contractors and firms in all countries..

To be qualified for the award of a Contract, the Tenderers must meet the minimum qualification criteria stipulated in Section III of the tender documents and comply with the eligibility criteria stated in Instruction to Tender paragraph:.
