The contract is for the supply of 2, 000 marker boards.

For valid participation in the procedure for the award of this contract, lodged by economic operators participants (bidders), bid bond, amounting to 2% of the estimated value of the contract excluding VAT, which amountssix thousand euros (EUR 6 000.00). In the case of an association of economic operators, the participation guarantee also includes the condition that the guarantee covers the obligations of all economic operators participating in the association.

The guarantee must be valid for at least 30 days after the end of the term of validity of the offer of 2.4.5) of the detailed declaration, ie until 21.2.2020, the offer is rejected. The contracting authority may, before the expiry of the tender, ask the tenderer to extend the term of validity of the tender and of the participation guarantee before expiry of the contract.

This contract is financed by an ETT loan 3 47177838 The economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to tradeindustrial or craft activity related to the subject of supply.

Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers kept in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to v. 4412/2016.

In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SSS. or to third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procurement procedures, are required to be registered in theprofessional or commercial registers.

The economic operators established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry.
