The object of the contract is to ensure the purchase of mobile devices for the detection of narcotic and psychotropic substances and one-time screening tests. Separately portable evaluation device reads results from one-time speeds

Description of the subject matter of the tender documents. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of certain conclusions as amendedh) The applicant proves fulfillment of the conditions for participation concerning personal status according to - 32 par. 1 of the Act, documents pursuant to - 32 par. 2 a ods. 3, respectively. according to - 32 par. 4 and 5 of the Act. 1 zakona. Candidate entered in the economic listis not obliged to submit documents according to - 32 par.

The contracting authority shall recognize an equivalent entry, such as entry in the list of economic operators under the law or a certificate of entry issued to the competent authorities of another Member State, by which the tenderer demonstrates compliance with the conditions for participation in the procurement. Contracting authority prIn the case of a tenderer consisting of a group of contractors participating in a public procurement procedure, it is required to show compliance with the conditions for participation in respect of personal status for each member of the group separately. Fulfillment of participation requirement according to - 32 par. 1 pism. (e) the law proves the law of a member of the group only in respect of that part of the contract subject to it

The economic operator may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation in public procurement pursuant to - 32 para.

Documents which are not submitted: 1 pism. e) by an extract from the Commercial Register of the Slovak Republicor by extract from the Trade Register of the Slovak Republic, the applicant / applicant is not obliged under - 32 par. In the case of demonstration of fulfillment of the condition of participation in personal status pursuant to - 32 para. 1 pism. (a) by an extract from the criminal record of the candidate/ the applicant is not obliged under - 32 par. 3 is obliged to submit these documents to the contracting authority due to the use of data from the public administration information systems, but it is obliged to provide the contracting authority with data concerning a natural person necessary to request an extract from the registerpunishment through the portal over.si to the following extent:

- name, surname, maiden name, flood first name or surname, if the name or surname has changed, or the nickname of the person to whom the request relates,

- date of birth, birth number, place and district of birth, permanent address and, for a person born abroad, the status of birth,

- legal citizenship,

- sex,

- name, surname and maiden name of parents

1. Public competition with application of the first sentence of - 66 para. 7 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the amendment of certain Conclusions as amended (hereinafter referred to as the Conclusion) is implemented by the Electronic Procurement (EO) system, which is a part of the Electronic Contracts System (EKS); EO is promoted and available on websitesom sidle (URL) https://eo.eks.sk/.

2. The contracting authority states that in the document General conditions of electronic procurement, which is published on EKS are regulated to the extent of the law, the basic conditions of use of electronic support of processes in public procurement in particular in terms of security, protection ofand other data as well as details in relation to communication, delivery, identification and authentication. 3. The contracting authority shall provide free, unrestricted, complete and direct access by electronic means, to the documents required to draw up the tender and toconditions of participation at the address (URL) referred to in point I.3) Communication of this contract notice. For this reason, the contracting authority does not send these documents to interested parties and does not keep records of interested parties. At the same time, the contracting authority in the contracting authority`s profile on the Public Procurement Office website http://www.uvo.gov.sk/profily/-/profil/pdetail/239It provides a direct link to the information and documents needed to draw up the tender published at (URL) referred to in point I.3) Communication of this contract notice. The language of communication in this tender is Slovak. Explanation of the information needed to draw up the tender and to demonstrate compliance with the conditions for participation, the contracting authority shallno later than 6 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, provided that the request for explanation is delivered electronically by the EKS functionality sufficiently in advance. The costs associated with participation in this tendering procedure shall be borne in full by the candidates / tenderers without any action against the contracting authority. In awarding this over-limit contract, the contracting authority shall proceed in accordance with - 20ods. 1 Act.

8. The justification of the non-division of the subject of the contract into parts is given in Annex 8 of the tender documents

9. A security of EUR 150 000 is required. The conditions for the lodgement, release and return of the security shall be indicated in the documents to be drawn up. The facts relating to the award procedure not specified in the contract notice and in the tender documents are governed byby the provisions of the law. The public procurement in question is not a green public procurement or innovation procurement, or a procurement focusing on social aspects.
