The following proofs are requested in the form of supplements to the offer: 1) Proof of the existence of the professional competence that the entrepreneur is authorized according to the regulations of his country of origin to provide the concrete service. This proof is according to specification-the rules of the country of origin of the trader by means of a certificate of registration of the professional or commercial register of the country of origin referred to in Annex VII BVergG 2006 or by the submission of the relevant certificate or affidavit referred to in Annex VII BVergG 2006. 2) Excerpt from the criminal record (the management bor equivalent certificate from a court or administrative authority of the country of origin of the trader stating that the corresponding exclusionary provisions of the BVergG 2006 are not available (the date of issue of the document may not be more than six months old; Expiry of the current offer period), 3) Final account statement of the responsible social security office or of the final debit note of the competent financial authority or equivalent documents of the competent authorities of the country of origin of the entrepreneur.
The following proof is requested in the form of a supplement to the offer: proof in the form of a statement of turnover for the last 3 financial yearre (2014, 2015, 2016), where the turnover per business year must be at least EUR 100, 000 (previous year: EUR one hundred thousand). If the company has not been in business for three years, this statement of turnover must be drawn up for the entire period since the company was founded by the entrepreneur, with the turnover since the company was established at least EUR 100 000 (previous year: EURone hundred thousand) per business year.
