This lot includes the modules of Facility Management, Project Management and Property Management excluding maintenance:

- the management of repositories assets and associated documents,

- management of third-party repositories and contracts,

- inventory management,

- access and key management,

- invoicing of services, flat-rate invoicing,

- space management,

- management of contracts / orders,

- invoice management,

- fleet and inventory management,

- the configuration of alerts, reminders and workflows,

- declaration on honor certifying that the candidate:

a) is not in insolvency and does not do subject to bankruptcy, liquidation, legal settlement or preventive arrangement, termination of business;

b) (or one of the members of management) has not committed, in professional matters, a serious fault and has not been in serious default in performing its contractual obligations;

c) is in good standing concerning the payment of social security contributions and its taxes;

d) undertakes to comply with the laws - social and labor,

- constituent document of the company and / or statute with its last update. If the candidate is a natural person, certified documenthaving its legal status, (Ariba 3.5),

- justification for registration in the commercial register (Ariba 3.4 and 3.5).

In case the candidate is a group, it is reminded that each member of the group must provide the `all documents requested. The same applies to the subcontractors that the candidate plans to involve (the latter will produce a certificate of engagement on theservices which would be subcontracted to them).

- general presentation of the candidate (Ariba 1.1) and organization chart of the company (Ariba 3.10),

- presentation of the balance sheets (expense and profit accounts included) or extracts from the company`s balance sheets, for the last 2 financial years ended (Ariba 3.14),

- declaration providing the average workforce for the last 2 years of human resources allocated to the type of services/ works / supply subject of the contract (Ariba 1.2).

For companies already approved by the CFL, the candidate must only update the documents on the SAP Ariba CFL platform (link http: //cfl.supplier- eu.ariba.com/register) at the time of the opening of applications. We have marked all documents that can be updated on Ariba. All other documents without the mention andall suppliers who are not approved on the platform must upload their documents to the public procurement portal.
