The economic operators who participatedin the process of concluding this contract, are required to engage in commercial activity related to the subject of supply.

Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers held in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement laid downAnnex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016.

In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SSS. or to third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement proceduresn, are required to be registered in corresponding business or commercial registers.

Economic operators established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry.

In terms of economic and financial capacity, for this contract award procedure, economic operators should have an average annual general turnoverfor the financial years 2015, 2016, 2017, at least equal to 30% of the estimated value of the VAT-free part (s) for which they are bidding. If the candidate contractor is active for less than 3 business years, then the average annual general turnover for those managerialmust be at least 20% of the estimated value of the segment (s).
