Fueling petrol stations Diesel / Petrol

We are looking for suppliers who will supply the staedtic petrol stations with diesel B7 and unleaded petrol 95 for the next 3 years (with option to extend for another 2 years).

Diesel B7 at the tank facilities according to specification

All necessary information, documents resp. Proof of suitability criteriaeries.

Art. 20 OeBV:

- self-declaration with the required proof,

- detailed excerpt from the register of registration,

- confirmation of the tax authorities (VAT, state, municipal and federal taxes),

- confirmation of the compensation funds (AHV, IV, EO, ALV), - Confirmation of the pension fund (BV contributions),

Confirmation by SUVA resp. BU / NBU,

- Confirmation of sickness daily allowance insurance (KTV) provided in GAV-mandatory,

- confirmation of the professional commission Complying with the CLA (in sectors without GAV approval of the auditors, local and industry relevance as well as equal pay between men and women).

The supporting documents must be signed by the information centers (municipalities, cantons, associations, coffers, etc.), not more than one Year and have to show that-Since the proofs are valid for one year from the date of issue and are registered by the Procurement Office, the proofs have to be submitted only once a year. Firms are advised to order all supporting documents at the same time from the helpdesks.

Providers with registered office outside Switzerland provide analogous confirmationsfrom their own country.

Partial offers are not permitted.

Business conditions: Net offers must be submitted. Discount, discounts and any deductions are to be listed in the offer. Non-timely or incomplete tenders submitted-will be excluded from the competition. Offers with price agreements will not be considered. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the offer. Negotiations: No negotiations will be held on the price. We reserve the right to carry out technical negotiations.

Principles of the procedure: The client assigns public orders for services in Switzerland only to providers, welcensure compliance with health and safety at work regulations and working conditions for men and women and equal pay for men and women.

1) Evaluation matrix for chapter 2.4 resp 2.10 Award criteria: Each criterion is rated 0 to 5 points. The overall grade is max. 5 points and is composed of the percentage weightthe criteria / sub-criteria. The bid will be awarded the highest sum of the weighted rating (value in use). Correction will be made in accordance with the specifications. Section 10 The lowest priced offer will receive 5 points. Per 1% additional costs 0.1 points are deducted (linear valuation). With the price minus points are possible. (Covers a 50% bandwidth of expected prices.) With the-Offer input 1 references in the last 2 years with information persons, execution time and name of the order size to indicate. The reference sheet enclosed with the invitation to tender must be used. The awarding authority reserves the right to substitute a reference by its own experience with other objects or orders;

3) Term Contract: The contract period is not binding. Reservation: An order is placed subject to the granting of the credit or construction permit. Remedy: This call for tenders may be lodged within 10 days of the first publication by appeal to the Regierungsstatthalteramt Bern-Mittelland, Poststrasse 25, 3071 Ostermundigenbe.
