Acquisition of "Laboratory Equipment for the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy", according to the specifications in theare tasks.

DUAE completion confirming that the economic operator is not in any of the exclusion situations mentioned in art. 59 60, 164, 165 and 167 of Law no. 98/2016. Bidders, thirds uptilers and subcontractors should not be found in the situations referred to in art. 59 60, 164, 165 and 167 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

During the evaluation, at the request of the contracting authority, only the bidder placed on the first place in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of the tenders will submit as up-to-date supporting documents demonstrating the fulfillment of the criterionQualification according to the information contained in the DUAE, the following:

- establishing certificates regarding the lack of overdue debts related to the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the moment of presentation,
