This consultation is launched following the procedure of the call for tenders opened pursuant to Articles 25, 66, 67 and 68 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to the public markets.

This lot will be the subject of a splitting in purchase orders with minimum without maximum pursuant to articles 78 and 80 of the decree n 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relative to the public markets.
The minimum amount HT is: 20 000 EUR.
The benefits of the framework agreement with purchase orders are executed pby issuing successive purchase orders as needed. Each purchase order specifies the benefits described in the framework agreement whose execution is requested and determines the quantity of the services.
The execution period of the framework agreement with purchase orders will begin to run from the notification the first purchase order.
The initial period is 1 year.
