The subject of the contract is the study, design and realization of a prototype device, able to authenticate banknotes by reading signs of graphic security, sufficientcompact to be placed on or under the counter of a merchant.
The purpose of the market is the study, design and realization of a prototype of apparatus, capable of authenticating the banknotes by the reading of signs graphic security, compact enough to be placed on or under the counter of a merchant.
A mechanical power system for the introduction of the ticketbank on the front of the authentication device, such as an acceptor of banknotes, would be ideal.
The authentication device must be connected to the Internet (via a wired or wireless connection) to operate. 'authentication shall handle the ticket presented by the operator, acquire the image (s) of one or more existing graphic security signss on the ticket, transmit the acquired image (s) to a remote server, wait for the answer given by the remote server, indicate the result of the response to the operator and release the ticket. The authentication device must be able to check the graphic security signs, present on the same face of the ticket, whatever their positions may be differentdepending on the value of the banknote to authenticate.
The supplier must demonstrate its ability to industrialize the prototype device studied and realized, with a goal of optimizing costs.
The market consists of a firm slice and three optional tranches.
The candidate provides:
