Předmětemfulfillment of this public contract is based on the implementation of all supplies, things, work, services related to the preparation and implementation of intensification of the existing technology of desulphurisation based on wet calcareous flue gas scrubbing in Plzeňska teplarenska, a.s, the Energetika area. The subject matter of the contract is the implementation of all deliveries of goods, work, services related to the preparation and implementation of intensification of the existing desulphurisation technology based on wet calcareous flue gas scrubbingPlzeňsk- teplarenska, a.s. arealu Energetika. The order will have the nature of a "key" delivery and will be performed in accordance with the requirements, conditions, specifications and other details and information contained in Book A and B in the Specification Documentation. : - drafting of documentation necessarily for preparationand the realization of the work, in particular in accordance with Attachment No. 6 of Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on documentation of buildings in the valid wording and other documentation, including the supply necessarily for goods, services and other activities connected with the preparation and execution of the work, including test it, put it into operation and hand it over to the contracting authority, and - eventually demolish and remove the existing buildings, network or equipment in placeincluding the necessary related relocations of the existing structures, the network or the equipment of the contracting entity that is not affected by the operation, all to the extent necessary to carry out the work, and - the modification and modernization of the existing technology, delivery of new technology, installation, testing and commissioning and adjustments to achieve the desired SO2 concentration of up to 145 mg / Nm3 and TZL 7 mg / Nm3, including the execution of links to the existing equipment and construction, and - the execution of related services related to the work, such as coordination of the work, insurance, acquisition of the decision of the administrative bodies in connection with the execution of the work, training of the operator of the client, quality management and to ensure health and safety at work.

Compliance with professional competence shall be demonstrated to the Contracting Authority by(a) a copy of the extract from the Commercial Register, if it is entered in it, or a copy of a copy of any other similar register, if it is registered therein, if any other act is entered in such a register, t business according to special legal regulations to the extent corresponding to the subject matter of the public contract, especially the document proving the respective trade license or license, at least authorized to:
