The subject of filling is a functional dowel in the realization of all supplies of work, work and services connected with the construction of the equipment for cleaningcombustion flue gas in accordance with the Fulfillment Documentation using wet flushing for K6 to K10 boilers to ensure that the new emission limits are met in accordance with the requirements of the Documentation and the conditions laid down in the Air Protection Act No. 201/2012 Coll. and following the Decree No. 415/2012 Coll. Ministry of the Environment, in the United Energy area, a.s. Part of it is a related projectThe main subject of the contract is the functional work involved in the realization of all supplies of work, works and services connected with the construction of the exhaust gas cleaning equipment in accordance with the Enclosure Documentation, especially replacement of existing dry desulphurization of boiler flue gases K6 to K10 on solid fuels by building technologydipped using wet flushing for boilers K6 to K10 to ensure that the new emission limits are met in accordance with the requirements of the Documentation and the conditions laid down in the Air Protection Act No. 201/2012 Coll. and following the Decree No. 415/2012 Coll. Ministry of the Environment, which sets emission limits and other conditions for the operation of stationary sources of air pollution by wetdesulphurisation of flue gas, in the United Energy area, a.s. - The fulfillment of the professional competence in accordance with - 77, paragraph 1 of the CTA and - 77, paragraph 2 of the ZZVZ in relation to the Czech Republic shall be proved by the contracting entity by submitting: 1) the commercial registration or other similar records, if another law enters into such recordswhat it requires; 2) proof of the entrepreneurial claim to the extent of the subject matter of the public contract, namely: Project activities in the construction, the execution of the constructions, their alterations and removals, Installation, repair, inspection and testing of pressure equipment and gas acquisitions, Installation, repairs, revisions and testing of electrical equipment; (3) documents proving the professional competence of the supplier or the person through whom it is locatednictvim professional competence ensures, at least in the extent of: -Authorized engineer in the field of building construction according to - 5 paragraph 3 of the letter. a) Act No. 360/1992 Coll. to perform the profession of authorized architects and to perform the profession of authorized engineers and technicians active in the construction and -Authorized engineer in the field of technological equipment of constructions pursuant to Section 5 paragraph 3 of the letter. e) Act No. 360/1992 Coll. o v-konu pvolunteers of authorized architects and the profession of authorized engineers and engineers in construction. The fulfillment of the professional competence can also be proved by the contractor by submitting a statement from the list of qualified contractors in accordance with - 228 of the Act on the Supply Chain of the Czech Republic

The duration of the contract within the meaning of II.2.7 of this form is meant the time from the signing of the contract with the selected supplier to the Preliminary Takeover of Dila.
