Reference NThe subject of this public procurement is the realization of all supplies, works, works, services connected with the preparation and implementation of the existing technology of desulphurization on the basis of wet flue gas extraction in the company Pilsen energetika, as The order will have the character of the "key" delivery and will be made in accordance with the requirements, conditions, specificationsand the other information and information detailed in Booklet A and B of the Documentation.

The subject of this public contract is the work involved in the realization of all supplies, things, work, services related to prepare and carry out the intensification of the existing technology of desulphurisation on the basis of wet gas vapencove flue gas extraction in Pilsen energy companyethics, a.s. The order will have the character of a "key" delivery and will be performed in accordance with the requirements, conditions, specifications, and other information and information detailed in Book A and B of the Documentation. The basic scope of the contract - the contracting authority assumes the following basic scope of the contract : - preparation of the documentation necessary for the preparation and implementation of the works, especially in the scope-according to annex No. 6 of Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on documentation of constructions in the valid version and other documentation, including the supply necessary for the goods, services and other activities connected with the preparation and implementation of the works, including its testing, putting into operation and transmission and - the demolition and removal of existing buildings, sites or equipment in the area, including the necessary- the modification and modernization of the part of the existing technology, the supply of new technology, the assembly, the testing and commissioning and the execution of such modifications, in order to enable them to carry out the tasks necessary for the execution of the works; the required SO2 emission limits 145 mg / Nm3 and TZL 7 mg / Nm3 were achieved, including the- Implementation of follow-up services related to the dilemma, such as co-ordination, insurance, acquisition of decisions of the public authorities in connection with the implementation of the works, training of the operator of the contracting authority, quality control and ensuring of the OSH during the execution of the works. A detailed description of the course subject is given in the Documentation.

The fulfillment of the professional competence is proved by the supplier to the contracting authority.(a) a copy of the commercial listing if it is entered in it or a copy of the extract from another similarly to the record if it is registered in it, if another legal regulation requires it to be entered in such records; b) a copy of the proof of business according to special legal regulations in the scope corresponding to the subject of the public procurement, especially the document proving the relevant trade license- Design, construction, modification and disposal, - Installation, repair, inspection and testing of pressure equipment and gases, - Installation, repair, inspection and testing of electrical equipment . The contractor can prove its professional competence also by submitting a statement from the list of qualified suppliers in accordance with - 228 of the ZZVZ.
