Προμήθεια των παρακάτω ειδών για τις ανάγκες-(b) electronic and other peripheral equipment, with a budget of EUR 174 398, 62 and (c) software, with a budget of 1 100, 00 EUR.

The total budget is EUR 184 488.62, including VAT. 24%.

For valid participation in the processcontract is submitted by the participating economic operators (tenderers), a letter of guarantee. The proportional amount of the participation guarantee in favor of the participant, to be shown in figures and in words in euro, will cover 2% of the estimated value of the contract excluding VAT. if the offer relates to all items to be procured. In case of submissionIn the case of an association of economic operators, the participation guarantee is calculated on the estimated value, exclusive of VAT, of the offered items / items. also includes the condition that the guarantee covers the obligations of all economic operators participating in the association.for at least 30 days after the end of the period of validity of the tender, as specified in the tender notice, otherwise the tender shall be rejected. The Contracting Authority may, before the expiry of the tender, ask the tenderer to extend the term of validity of the tender and of the participation guarantee before their expiry.pursuant to article 72 par. 1 b) of Law 4412/2016, the amount of which amounts to 5% of the value of the contract, excluding VAT, and is deposited before or at the signing of the contract. The performance guarantee for the contract covers in total and non-discriminatory terms the implementation of all the terms of the contract and any requirement of the Contracting Authority towards the contractor. The guarantee goodexecution is forfeited in case of violation of the terms of the contract, as it specifies in particular.

Please note that if the total award per contractor does not exceed four thousand euros (4 000, 00 EUR) without VAT., then, in accordance with paragraph 1 (b) of Article 72 of Law 4412/16, no guarantee of good performance of the contract is required.-• Prior to the commencement of the guaranteed period of good operation of the items and prior to the return of the performance guarantee letter, a supplier is obliged to deposit, for those items expressly provided for in the technical specifications specifications, a guarantee of good functioning in the form of a letter of guarantee. OR-this guarantee relates to the remedying of defects that arise or damage caused by malfunctioning of goods during the period of goodwill.

The guarantee letter of good functioning will have the following characteristics:

(a) its time validity will be equal to the time three (3) months.

(b) the amount of the guarantee will be2% of the net value of the contractual object, which is covered by the guarantee provided.

The budget for the tender will be borne by the SAE 146 Public Investment Program, with project code / MIS Spatial Planning 2017SE146000011 02 18 (code resCom 81135 entitled : 1) the right to participate in the process of concluding this contract, are natural or legal persons and in case(a) a Member State of the Union; (b) a member state of the European Economic Area (EEA); (c) third countries which have signed and ratified to the extent that the public procurement contract is covered by Annexes 1, 2, 4 and 5 and the General Notes of Appendix I of the Association Agreementas well as (d) third countries not covered by paragraph (c) of this paragraph and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures; (2) associations of economic operators, including temporary cartels, it is not necessary to have a specific legal form for bidding. The Contracting Authority maintains-the right to require associations of economic operators to have a specific legal form if they are awarded the contract insofar as the provision of such a legal form is necessary for the satisfactory performance of the contract 3) economic operators, all its members are liable to the Contracting Authority jointly and severallyEconomic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity related to the subject matter of the procurement. Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers kept in the State of establishmentor to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016. In the case of economic operators established in a member state of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SIC. or to third countries not covered by the previous case and have concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with-Union, in matters relating to public procurement procedures, are required to be registered with corresponding professional or commercial registers. The economic operators established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry or the Register of Manufacturers of Defense Material.
