Main Site: At the headquarters of the National Trade Registry Office in BulevarduThe delivery, configuration and installation of 4 portable computers in the conditions stipulated in the specification - Requirement no. 1: Non-compliance with the situations stipulated in art. 164, 165 and 167 of Law 98/2016 on Public Procurement. The bidders / associate members / subcontractors / third parties should not be found in previewed at art. 164, 165 and 167 of Law 98/2016 on Public Procurement. The way to demonstrate the fulfillment of the requirement: The bidders / members of the association / subcontractors / supporters will complete the DUAE with information related to their situation. The supporting documents demonstrating the fulfillment of those assumed by completing the DUAE, valid at the time of presentation (such as-to be certified as evidenced by the lack of overdue debts related to the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget, state budget, etc.), equivalent documents for foreign economic operators, the criminal record of the economic operator and the members of the body administration, management or oversight of that operator economic or those having the power of representation, decision or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act; documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par.
