The purpose of this contract is the provision of the following services:

— IT solutions analysis and design,

— IT solutions licencing.

Please refer to the web address specified in point I.3).

— lot 1 will produce a framework contract with a single operator,

— lot 2 will produce a framework contract with a single operator,

— lot 3 will produce a direct contract with a single operator.

The award of lot 1 will be exclusive in relation to lots 2 and 3. In the event that the same tenderer receives the best evaluation in lot 1 and in another lot, the award will be made in accordance with the preferential choice indicated by the tenderer in Annex 6 of the tender specifications.
