Supply and commissioning of 16 dental units

Main Site: ULB Erasmus Hospital - Building EMC, Route de Lennik 900 a 1070 Anderlecht. supplies:

- supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, parametrization of 16 dental units for the stomatology and dentistry department of the Erasmus Hospital as well as the-training of users,

- disassembly and evacuation of existing dental units,

- mandatory option, the Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of investing in an estimated quantity of 1 to 4 additional dental units, within 4 years of awarding of the market, according to the evolution of the activity and the budget released for it.

- An extract of the record judiciaor the equivalent document, from which it follows that the successful tenderer has not been convicted of participation in a criminal organization, bribery, fraud or money laundering. sentenced for any offense affecting his professional morality, - a recent certificate (maximum 3 months) from the commercial court or any otherequivalent authority in the country in which the successful tenderer is established - confirming that the tenderer is: - not in a state of bankruptcy or liquidation, - has not made an admission of bankruptcy and has not been the subject of liquidation, judicial reorganization proceedings, - a certificate issued by the competent authority confirming that the tendererthe rules relating to the payment of social security contributions, up to and including the penultimate calendar quarter in relation to the deadline for receipt of requests to participate or to receive tenders, in accordance with the provisions of the of the Belgian law or those of the country where the employees are established.

- a recent certificate (maximum 3 months) ofdelivered by the General Administration of Collection and Collection (AGPR) confirming the payment of tax obligations (at least VAT and corporate / natural person tax) of the tenderer to the FPS Finance or a equivalent document issued by the competent authority of the country in which the tenderer is established,
