Maintenance Agreement for Internal Telephone System for Helsevakta

Trondheim kommune [Trondheim municipality], hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in a limited tender competition with the aim of entering into a maintenance contract for the internal telephone system at Helsevakta.

Main Site : Trondheim municipality

The established system for Helsevakta is located at our operational supplier for application services, Sopra Steria. Maintenance services and monitoring of the system is currently performed by Atea. In the new contract, the system will still be located at Sopra Steria.

The Helsevakta system safeguards reserve systems for the accident and emergency centre, receipt of digital safety alarms, and regular calls for Helsevakta.

The system is set up with a separate Mitel MX-One, MiCC and audio logging system from Racom with geographic redundancy at the contracting authority`s supplier for application operation. MiCC agent is integrated in Transmed from Locus as used by Helsevakta.

The supplier must interact with the contracting authority and the contracting authority`s other service suppliers who have deliveries that affect the system for Helsevakta.
