Development and maintaining a web-based information system that presents the results of the developed forecasts for the development of the labor market and from an assessmentis the active labor market policy. It is necessary for the system to contain a relational database and to use an Internet site allowing data entry and visualization of the forecasts. The Web site linked to the information system must allow visualization of the data by generating reports / results by providing information on the trends in the search and offeringKnowledge and skills available to all users

The assignor removes from participation in a tendering procedure a participant, according to the grounds of Art. 54, para. 1 and Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 and item 5, letter "a" and letter "b" of the PPL.

The Contracting Authority shall withdraw from participation in a procedure for awarding a public procurement contract and:

1. Participants who are related parties.("Affiliates" are those within the meaning of -2, item 45 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Public Procurement Act - "Related Parties" are those within the meaning of - 1, items 13 and 14 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Public Offering Act of the securities.) The fact is stated in Part III, Section D "Other grounds for exclusion, which may be provided for in national law" by EEPAD

2. A participant who is not entitled to participate in public procurement on the grounds of Art. 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with the companies registered in preferential tax jurisdictions, the persons controlled by them and their actual owners (ЗИФОДРУПДРКЛТДС), except where the exceptions under Art. 4 of the ZPHODRDIPRKLTTDS. The fact is stated in Part III - Section D Other grounds for exclusion that may be provided for under national law by EEDOP - 3 A participant who does not meet the selection criteria or fails to fulfill another condition specified in the contract notice or in the this documentation.

4 A participant who has submitted a tender which does not correspond to: a) the previously announced terms of the contract;villas and environmental, social and labor law requirements, applicable collective agreements and / or international environmental, social and labor law provisions listed in Annex 10 of the PPA. For the lack of circumstances under item 2.3.4, letter "b", a declaration (a model is submitted) shall be filled in.

A participant who has not submitted within the time limit the justification under Article 72, paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Act or whose offer has not been accepted according to Art. 72, para. 3-5 of the PPL

5. A participant who, upon invitation by the Contracting Authority and within the period specified therein, shall not extend the period of validity of his tender. Participants who do not identify the natural persons who are the actual owners of a legal entity - a participant in a procedure, may not participate in the procedure for assigning this tenderurine, according to Art. 6, para. 2 of the Law on Measures Against Money Laundering (LMMM) - Participants identify these persons when data on the name of the participant, the legal form, the legal form, the name of the participant, the name of the participant, headquarters, address of management and address of correspondence, subject of activityor the purpose, duration, management, control and presidency, type and composition of the collective body of management, the main place of business shall be other official documents from which the said information may be certified for the purpose of establishing the ownership, and the control of the legal entity. If the actual ownership identificationthe legality of the legal person can not be performed through the data entered in the registers and there is no possibility of submitting the documents under Art. 3, para. 4 of the Regulation on the Implementation of the Measures against Money Laundering Act, the tender should be filed with a model form according to Art. 6, para. 2 of the Law on Measures against Money Laundering (LMMM)and the complex assessment of the tender is detailed in the tender documentation
