Scope of this document contract is equipment procurement, upgrading - technical support for applications and productsOracle software, as well as training for administrators, equipment offered and upgraded installation.

Supplying Oracle software product licenses and their associated maintenance services are analyzed in the following two (2) objects:

Object A: Supplying new and converting existing licenses Oracle - CPV software products: 48600000-4, estimated value: 380 000, 00 EUR.

Subject B: Oracle License Maintenance and Support Services - CPV: 72267100-0, estimated value: EUR 160 000, 00.

Estimated Unit Value: EUR 540 000.00 plus VAT. in the process of concluding this contract, for Section 1 and Section 2, are required to engage in commercial activity relevant to the subject of IT.economic entities established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers maintained in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412 / 2016.

In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic AreaEconomic Area (EEA) or to third countries that have acceded to the SBS. or in third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procurement procedures, are required to be registered in appropriate professional or trade registers.

Economic operators established in Greece are requiredto be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry.

In terms of economic and financial capacity, for the current procurement process, economic operators are required to have as a minimum:

Section 1: Average annual turnover, the last three financial years (2015, 2016, 2017), at least equal to 30% of the estimated value ofIf the candidate contractor is active for less than 3 business years, then the average annual turnover for those management uses shall be at least equal to 30% of the estimated value of the Section 2: Average annual turnover for the last three (3) years(2015, 2016, 2017), at least equal to 75% of the estimated value of that tranche.

If the tenderer is active for less than 3 years, the average annual turnover for those management uses, it should be at least equal to 75% of the estimated value of that portion.The relevant requests for clarification are submitted electronically no later than eleven (11) days before the closing date for submission of tenders and are answered, respectively, on the website of the competition via the web portal www.promitheus.gov.gr, ESH Requests for additional information - clarifications are submitted by financial system registrantsthat is, those who have the relevant credentials (user name and password) and, necessarily, the electronic file with the text of the queries are electronically signed.
