Expanding the platform for monitoring, analysis and control of logs, network traffic, system files and incident management by 3 lots

The order is intended to provide an extension of the existing ATM monitoring platform, analysis and control of logs, network traffic, system files and incident management (hereafter only "monitoring platform"The subject of the contract shall cover the supply of the necessary devices (hardware) and software (including all necessary software licenses), their implementation and configuration to achieve the purpose of the contract. The order includes warranty technical support (24 hours / 7 days a week) within nand 24 months, of embedded hardware and software and training of 10 contracting staff to work with them.

The subject of Lot 1 is the supply of 1 server with a data warehouse to it, including the relevant software licenses and software for 24 months. hardware and cosoftware, training of 10 Employee Employees on the implementation of embedded hardware and software and warranty technical support (24 hours / 7 days a week) within 24 months of the embedded hardware and software.

1. The contracting authority shall remove from participation in the public procurement procedure a tenderer for whom any of the grounds listed below occur before or on time.me of the procedure:

1.1. has been convicted by an enforced sentence of an offense under Art. 108a, Art. 159a - 159d, Art. 172, Art. 192a, Art. 194 217, Art. 219-252, Art. 253-260, Art. 301-307, Art. 321, 321a and Art. 352-353f of the Order. Code;

1.2. has been convicted by a judgment which has the force of res judicata for a crime similar to those referred to in paragraph 1.1. in another Member State or a third country;

1.3. there are tax obligations and mandatory provideContributions within the meaning of Art. 162, para. 2, item 1 of the Tax and Social Insurance Procedure Code and the interest thereon, to the state or the municipality at the registered office of the assignor and the participant, or similar obligations under the legislation of the state in which the participant is established, proved by an enacted act of the competent authority;

1.4. there is inequality in the cases under Art. 44, para. 5 ofPDO;

1.5. has been found to: the selection criteria;

1.6. has been established by a decree or court order that has entered into forcedecision, violation of Art. 61, para. 1, Art. 62, para. 1 or 3, Art. 63, para. 1 or 2, Art. 118, Art. 128, Art. 228, para. 3, Art. 245 and Art. 301-305 of the Labor Code or Art. 13, para. 1 of the Labor Migration and Labor Mobility Act or similar obligations established by an act of a competent authority under the law of the country in which the applicant or participant is established;

1.7. confan elbow of interest that cannot be eliminated.

2. The contracting authority shall also remove:

2.1. a tenderer who does not meet the selection criteria or does not fulfill the other condition set out in the contract notice or in the documentation;

2.2. a tenderer who has submitted a tender which does not meet the pre-announced conditions for fulfilling the contract;

2.3. the participant who presented itl an offer which does not meet the rules and requirements related to environmental protection, social and labor law, applicable collective agreements and / or provisions of international environmental, social and labor law, which are listed in annex 10 of the Law on Public orders;

2.4. participant who has not submitted the justification under Art. 72, para. 1 of the PPA or whose offer does notwas adopted in accordance with Art. 72, para. 3-5 of the Public Procurement Act;

2.5. participants who are related persons within the meaning of - 2, item 45 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Public Procurement Act;

2.6. a tenderer who does not qualify for the submission, including form, manner and time limit;

2.7. participants who are registered in a jurisdictional preferential tax regime (SAD) or controlled by a person who is registered in the SADor participate in a civil society / consortium in which a company incorporated in JUDPR (in accordance with Article 3, item 8 of ZIFODRUPRD) participates, unless any of the exceptions under Art. 4 of ZIFODRUPRDLDS;

3. In the case of a non-legal entity association, a document shall be submitted containing: representing, rights and obligations of the members, joint and several liability for the execution of the contract, the activities that it will performeach member and term at least equal to the term of execution of the order.
