subject matter is the delivery of a hardware equipment, the server infrastructure, the actuators and the sensors and meters. Closer the object of the contract specifyin the individual description of the order, wherein the above-mentioned basic requirements and the technical specifications that are of interest to you, together with these supporting documents and the contractual terms and conditions which form an inseparable part of these subcontracts. The contract is set in the frame of the project: Innovation of production and distribution processes in Žilina teplarensk-, a.s. for the 21st Century.

Main Site:The scope of this part of the contract includes hardware equipment for expanding and improving the functionality of the used KMEDIS balance sheet system. The Applicant must meet the conditions of the time stipulated in - 32 par. 1 law no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on Amendments to Certain Laws, as amended by Act No. 438/2015 Coll., No.315/2016 Coll. (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Procurement Act"). Their fulfillment of the proof according to - 32 par. 2, par. 4, par. 5 or 152 1 (entry in the list of economic entities) and - 152 par. 3 of the Public Procurement Act

1.2 Presentation of documents pursuant to - 32 par. 2, 4 and 5 ZVO (a copy of all documents, including scrapbooks, scanned originally or in good faithcopies) proving the fulfillment of the terms and conditions of such personal status.)
