The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of 90 pcs of automated postal terminals (donly APT) and software (the SW) required for the implementation of the developer APT network concept, assembly, technical support and service.

Production, supply, assembly, technical support and servicing of 90 APT software included and training of procurer's employees. The Applicant must comply with the conditions for the person's personal status under Section 32 1 of the Act on Public Procurement. Ifulfillment of the proof according to - 32 par. 2 of the Public Procurement Act.

In the case of a tenderer who makes a group of contractors engaged in a public procurement, proof of compliance with the conditions of the individual's personal status for each member of the group is required. The fulfillment of the condition of part-time according to - 32 par. 1 letter. e) the act on public procurement proves the member of the group only in relation-to the part of the subject matter to be procured.

In accordance with - 66 par. Article 7 of the Act on Public Procurement evaluation of the fulfillment of the conditions of participation pursuant to Articles 40 and 152 of the Public Procurement Act shall be carried out after an evaluation by the Commission pursuant to Section 53 of the Act on Public Procurement and Electronic Auction under Section 54 of the Public Procurement Act to call onwithin the time limit specified by the Contractor, provide a copy of a valid insurance contract showing proof of liability for loss of business-related harm / liability for the entrepreneur amounting to a minimum of EUR 100, 000 per one and all actuarial events that will be valid and effective during the duration of the Ramc Agreement with the Contractor .
