Periodical deliveries of milk and dairy products for the needs of the Municipality of Smolyan

Periodical deliveries of milk and dairy products in accordance with pre-lodged orders ex-warehouse bases of kindergartens, children's kitchens and social homes on the territory of the municipality of Smolyan. The types of food products to be delivered by the contractor on the basis of the received by himsupply orders are listed in the quantitative accounts, an integral part of the technical specification. These amounts are estimated and agreed in favor of the contracting authority. The Contracting Authority pays the Contractor only the quantities of food actually requested and delivered. Smolyan, Shiroka Luka village, Momchilovtsi village, Taran village, Smilyan village, Petkovo village, Fatovo village, village of Rovino.

Periodical deliveries in accordance with pre-lodged requests free of charge storage facilities of kindergartens, children's homes and social homes on the territory of the municipality of Smolyan. The types of food products to be delivered by the contractor on the basis of delivery orders received are specified in the quantitative accounts, which are an integral part of the technical specification. The mentioned callthe probabilities are estimated and agreed in favor of the assignor. The contracting authority pays the contractor only the quantities of food actually delivered and delivered. Estimated quantities for the needs of the HCDPC - Rawino: yoghurt with 2% fat content 400 g - 15 200 pcs; cheese (cow) - 2200 kg; cow's milk cheese - 800 kg; cow butter - 1800 kg; fresh milk cow fat 3%-- 20, 000 l; curd - 1100 kg - The participant should have a registration of the site (s) of the District Food Safety Directorate (DDB) at his / her place of production and / or trade with food covering all types of foodstuffs by groups subject to public order in accordance with the requirements of Art. 12 of the Food Act, and for a foreign person analogous registration, respectivelyentry in a similar professional register according to the legislation of the Member State in which the participant is established.

The participant must not have the circumstances:

- under Art. 54, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act,

- under Art. 55, para. 1 of the PPA (the ground for removal under Article 55 (1) (1) of the PPA does not apply if it is proved that the participant has not ceased its activity and is able to execute the contract under the applicable national rules for the productpursuit of economic activity in the state in which it is established), - under art. 3 (8) of the ЗИФОДРУПДРКЛТДС (unless there is an exception under Article 4 of the Act), - under Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act, - under Art. 69 of the Law on counteracting corruption and confiscation of the unlawfully acquired property (PKONPI).
