Sections 21 and 194 of the Federal Law on Public Procurement 2018 oblige applicants or bidders who are resident in the territory of another contracting party to the EEA Agreement or in Switzerland and who have to obtain an official decision regarding their professional qualification for the exercise of an activity in Austria, eto initiate the procedure as soon as possible, but in any case before the expiry of the offer period. For regulated trades (- 94 of the 1994 Trade Regulations), reference is made to -- 373a to 373e of the 1994 Trade Regulations.
