Winner The Offeror is responsible for the organization of Hungarian and international exhibitions within the framework of the "30 Years Free" Memorandum, and for the certification of the exhibitions. specified in the contract as well as in the Technical Descriptiontherein, subject to the terms and conditions, and further as stated in the Call, in the Collaborative Documents, and in the Recommendation.

Winner of AT is responsible for "30 Years Free" for locations below: November 2019 - January 2020: Pecs, Győr, Szekszard, Nagykanizsa, Zalaegerszeg, Szombathely, Veszprem, Sopron; February 2020 - April 2020: Kaposvar, Szekesfehervar, Dunaujvaros, Papa, Salgotarjan, Eger, Miskolc, Debrecen, Nyiregyhaza: May 2020 - August 2020: Szolnok, Kecskemet, Szeged, Hodmezővasarhely, Gyula, Bekescsaba, Tatabany; November 2019 - January 2020: Bruesszel, Berlin, Timisoara, Cluj-Napoca; February 2020 - 2020. April: Bratislava, Kosice, Prague, Brno, Warsaw, Krakow; May 2020 - August 2020: Ljubljana, Zagrab, Belgrade

Winning AT test as described in Technical Specification:

a) Produce the release materials provided by the customer in 5 baths (4 indoor, 1 cubic pool),

b) 2019 November - August 2020 Coezoet to organize the Travel Offices, parallels with Hungarian and international cities, because in Hungary it is possible to arrange domestic exhibitions in 10 towns, in 14 towns, in the towns of Kuelfoeld, the duration of exhibitions is min. 2 weeks

c) the opening event for the exhibitions and the program submitted by the customer in connection with the opening, to organize a literary and music program in towns and cities, a music program in townships in Kuelfoeld,

d) in the framework of the organization of exhibitions, on all occasions and events of the event:,

Db) arrange for the sale of artwork itemson-site transportation, material on stock, moving, insuring,

Dc) arranging supplies, staff, artists, travel, lodging, catering, on-site catering, on-site catering communication, designing and designing communication materialseating, making,

Df) making video photo documentation of Kiallitasrol,

Dg) carrying out project management tasks related to Kiallitas,

Dh) obtaining space occupancy / permissions licenses for Kuellit events

e) Creating artwork within the framework of the following tasks :

Eb) Creating a Design Layoutni,

Ec) to make plans for Kiallitas and to build Kiallitas on the basis of them, and then to disassemble Kiallitas in a cumbersome way, take care of packaging materials for the supply,

Fa) to plan, present, and leave a literary and musical block march,

Winning AT A written report on photographic documentation of the contract, demonstrating the progress of the contract performance, the activities performed on the contract and the outcome. The detailed description is contained in the Technical Description of the Co-Procurement Documents and in the draft contract. 2. The ECS is applicable, subject to the provisions of Decree 424/2017. (XII. 19.) Korm.r. (e-KR r.)laid out. For the use of the ECR, the e-KR r. Article 6 requires registration.

3rd K provides the following information and rules in KD: Kieg. information, Hianypotlas, Koezoes offer, list of documents to be attached, Bidding test requirements, formal requirements, extremely low price. AK a Kbt. Article 39 (1) para. basically provides KD.

4. AK eshoot koezoes suggestion in case of cooperation agreement and Kbt. Section 66 (2) para. irat e-KR r. Deadline for tender support: 30 days

5. AK does not apply Kb. Section 75 (2) (e).

6th All data in the quotation must be in Forints (HUF).

7th K provides, in the context of this procedure, a commission for the provision of services, bcost of $ 5, 000, 000, which can be made by making a deposit on AK MAK 10032000-00282558-00000000 per bill.

8th A P1-2, MSZ.1-2. are more stringent than those specified in the list of qualified advisors (Section 30 (4) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X.30.)).

9th The Kbt. -- 68 (3) - (4) es (6)and e-KR r are included. The offer must be accompanied by the reading sheet Kbt. 68 (4) of the Kbt. -- 66 (2), (5) - (6). 65. (7) to (8) of the Civil Code, as applicable.

10. T may not make an alternative offer.

11. For reasons of volume, AF does not contain all of the specifications, and is therefore contained thereinto be construed in conjunction with what is stated in KD. Cont. VI.4.3)
