Delivery of the new device, planning and coordination work (including documentation), procurement of the necessary Permits, in particular the radiation protection permit, the installation, Inbecommissioning and training and instruction of the persons in charge. Also content of this delivery order is the maintenance contract (full) for the device. The necessary conversion measures or the necessary adjustments to the building (eg lead protection wall) are also to be provided by the contractor. The withdrawal of the dismantled equipment must be describedIn accordance with the Law on Public Procurement (OeAWG, LGBl. 1998 No. 135), the delivery order is executed by means of an open procedure.
The place of jurisdiction for this procedure as well as for any possible contract is Vaduz, Liechtenstein. and timely delivery of the device. This includes besides the configurationthe system also includes the comprehensive training and coaching measures. The execution of the offered equipment and achievements takes place to the conditions made in the offer. All providers provide proof that the device complies with the currently applicable guidelines for medical devices. Likewise, information on environmental compatibility is enclosed with the offer.
In the conversion period gThe entrepreneur guarantees by the provision of a replacement device, the complete guarantee of the desired diagnostic services.
In addition, the exact downtime during the renovation must be defined in the offer.
The withdrawal (if necessary disposal) of the developed CT is also to be described in the offer.
With the submission of the offer, the offeror ensuresthat the offered product is up-to-date. The offered product forms the platform on which the offering company wants to concentrate its developments on the next years.
Likewise, the offeror undertakes to provide support for the offered system including the warranty and the availability of spare parts for a period of at least 10 years the date ofOffer submission.
