The person has to meet the conditions of the person's personal status according to- 32 par. 1 law no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on Amendments to Certain Laws (hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Act) by virtue of Section 32 or Section 152 of the Public Procurement Act. In the case of an applicant who makes a group of contractors involved in a public procurement, proof of compliance with the conditions of the individual's personal status is required for each member of the groupin particular.

Attention:

The fulfillment of the condition of the party under - 32 par. 1 floor. e) the law on public procurement proves a member of the group only in relation to that part of the object of the order to ensure it. Documents demonstrating the fulfillment of the conditions of the subscriber in the electronic offer to the IS EVO in accordance with the tender documents

1) The execution of an over-limit order is performede system of electronic public procurement through the system of electronic public procurement (hereinafter referred to as IS EVO) at the portal www.uvo.gov.sk.
