Krananlagen (Los WV 6.01)

This invitation to tender concerns the acquisition of the following crane installations:

Main Site: Gemeinde Quinto - Kraftwerk Ritom

The present tender concerns the acquisition of the following crane installations:

- cranes for the Central Ritom SA engine room,

- crane for the construction of the well of aPiora,

- crane for 50 kV switching installation.

For QQ1:

The bidder must produce 2 references of previously completed projects for complete sets of couplable engine room cranes, as described below. The references must be at most 10 years old, starting from the month of publication:

Design, construction, manufacture, delivery, assembly andcommissioning of new cranes for the engine room, with lifting capacities of at least 80 t per crane and connectable via a crosshead.

Delivery of several cranes for identical engine rooms as part of a single project is worth a reference.

Regarding CQ2:

Proof of the existence of a quality management system specific to the company (eg certificat ISO 9001) or equivalent certification.

Concerning Q3:

The tenderer designates the guarantor for the performance guarantee provided and confirms that he is in a position to supply the latter in the month following the decision of the tenderer in accordance with the draft of the contract of enterprise.

Partial offers are not admitted.

Conditions for countries which have not adhered to the agreements-of the WTO: none.

Negotiations: remain reserved.

Conditions governing the procedure: the contracting authority awards public contracts for services in Switzerland only to contractors who guarantee compliance with the provisions on the protection of workers, the conditions of work and equal pay for men and women.

Other indications:

A) site visit: as-indicates, a visit will take place on 10.10.2018 (10:00). The number of participants is limited to 2 people per company. The meeting point is the parking lot of the Ritom power plant. Address: Via Funicolare Ritom 1, 6776 Quinto, Switzerland. Participants must register by e-mail at kurt.wermelinger2@sbb.ch with their name and contact details. Wearing helmets, shoeSafety s and protective vests are mandatory during the visit. These must be brought by the participants. No question will be accepted or dealt with as part of the visit.

Indication of the remedies: It is possible to appeal against this decision (Article 30 LMP) to the Federal Administrative Court, PO Box, 9023 San Gallo, within 20 days acfrom its publication. The appeal must be presented in duplicate and contain the conclusions, the reasons, the indication of the evidence and the signature of the Appellant or his representative. Also attach a copy of this publication and the documents indicated as evidence if they are in the possession of the Appellant.

Closing time for submission of tenders / RemarksThis is to say that the stamp or barcode of a Swiss post office (company stamps are not determinative), respectively, for foreign applicants, the receipt of a Swiss diplomatic or consular representation.
