Equipment and footwear as required-Requirement 1: The tenderer, the associated tenderer, the subcontractor, the third party and the members of the management / management / supervisory body / with power of representation, decision or control in the tenderer / associated offeror / third party / subcontractor shall not be in the situations provided for in art. 164 of Law 98 / 2016.

Documents to be requested from the first ranked bidder:

Requirement 2: The bidder, the associated bidder, the subcontractor, the third party must not be in the situations provided by art. 165 of Law 98 / 2016.
