Implementation of Lesbos Island water safety plan.

The object of the contract is to support the DEYA. Lesvos by the technical consultant for the effective preparation, implementation and evaluation of the water safety plan of the island of Lesvos, except for the Municipal Community of Mytilene and the Local CommunitiesSt. Marina and Taxi Commander, in order to meet the requirements in each case, in accordance with Directive 98/83 / EC: and with the ultimate aim of safeguarding public health, and adopting and implementing good practices in the drinking water supply system.

Main Site: The contract will be implemented throughout the island of Lesvos, except for the Mytilene Municipal Community and the Local Communitiesof St. Marina and Taxiarches.

The contract will be implemented in the Municipalities of Agia Paraskevi, Agiassos, Gera, Eressos - Antissis, Evergetoula, Thermis L., Kallonis, Mandamadou, Mithymnas, Petra, Plomarios, Polichni (PC) Morias, Pamphylon, Loutra and the Local Communities (PC) Aphalon, Panagiouda, Alifanthas, which form a large residential unit ofLesvos, with a population of 53, 578 inhabitants and a total of 323 wells (boreholes, wells and springs).

The subject of the contract is divided into 3 sub-phases:

Phase I: Existing Situation Recording and Preparation of a Water Safety Plan Implementation Guide.

Phase II: Implementation of Water Safety Plan Guide.

Phase III: Water Safety Plan Evaluation.

Implementing Paragraph 2 of Art.According to Law 7512 of Law 4412/2016, economic operators are required to be registered in the relevant professional register kept in their state of establishment. Specifically bidders established in GREECE, submit a registration certificate to MIHMEDE for categories 13 (Hydraulic and Water Resources Management Studies) and 17 (Chemical Studies and Investigations). The biddersestablished in a Member State of the European Union are required to submit certificates from the respective Registers of Annex XI to Appendix A of Law 4412/2016.
