Framework agreement, technical support consultancy services for studies and projects, the Strategic and Operational Plan of EYATH. The subject of the framework agreement, includes the provision of technical consultancy services in the fields of economic, architectural, static, electromechanical, hydraulic and chemical engineering studies, as well as computer systems studies, which will be presented during the design and construction of projects related to the implementation of the Strategic and Business Plan (SEP), EYATH. SA .. Main Site: Area of responsibility of EYATH. The subject matter of this technical support service, for example, includes: - on-site supervision of projects, - inspection of project promoters, regarding the implementation of the approved studies and / or their amendments, and the control of the corresponding μ- the project contractors, with regard to the implementation and maintenance of the project quality program and the safety and hygiene rules, - the provision of advisory services and the proposal of appropriate solutions to problems or problems, / and disputes that arise with the contractors of the projects.

An economic operator shall participate either individually either as a member of an association.

National or foreign economic operators or associations of economic operators, having an annual averagea turnover of the last three fiscal years of at least EUR 200 000.00 excluding VAT as referred to in Article 19.2 of the Declaration It is stated that there is the possibility of supporting the capacities of other entities in accordance with Article 19.5) of the declaration.

In order to participate in the competition, the participants are required to deposit, in accordance with the provisions of par.-1 (a) of Article 302 of Law 4412/2016, letter of guarantee, amounting to twenty-six thousand four hundred and fifty euro (EUR 26, 450.00). The participation guarantee must be valid for at least 30 days after the expiry of the term of validity of the tender in Article 13 of the Declaration, ie until 18.12.2019, otherwise the tender is rejected.
