Visa application services for Polish foreign branches in the Republic of Turkey

The subject of the order is the provision of visa application services within the meaning of art. 43 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EC) No. 810/2009 of 13.7.2009 establishing a Community Code on Visas (WKW) for the Orderof the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Ankara and on behalf of and on behalf of the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Istanbul.

The object of the contract is the provision of services for receiving visa applications within the meaning of art. 43 of Regulation (EC) No. 810/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13.7.2009 establishing a Community Code on Visas (WKW) for Zof the Polish Embassy in Ankara and on behalf of and for the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Istanbul, whose maximum number is estimated at no more than 57, 000 (in words: fifty seven thousand) visa applications during the term of the contract. in Annex No. 1 to the ToR.

1. The ordering party acts on its own behalf and consentnot a joke. 16 sec. 3 of the Act and Regulation No 15 of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of 17.4.2018 - on behalf and for the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Istanbul.

2. The Employer publishes this SIWZ in Polish. The Employer does not agree to submit an offer, statements and other documents in a language other than Polish. Documents prepared in a foreign language must be submitted together with the translationem into Polish.

3. The Employer reserves the obligation of the Contractor to perform the key parts of the service contract by the Contractor (excludes entrusting the implementation of the subcontractor's part of the order). By key parts of the order, the Ordering Party understands:

a) receiving visa applications;

b) collecting biometric data;

c) downloading and transferring visa fees to the Purchaser;

d) receivingfrom the Employer of passports and visa decisions.

If the Contractor intends to entrust the execution of a subcontractor's part of the order, then point 10.1 lit. i) SIWZ.

4. The Contractor remains bound by the submitted offer for a period of 60 days.

5. The offers will be opened on 6.7.2018 at 12:00 local time in Ankara, at the headquarters of the Polish Embassy in Ankara. The opening of offers is public.

6. For the period of validity of the contract referred to in Section II.2.7) this notice is understood as the period of provision of the visa application service (the indicated 36-month period does not include the preparatory stages referred to in in item 5.2 of the Terms of Reference).
