This is a construction work on the construction of a future Building of the University of Strasbourg (Unistra), as part of the operation campus. Flagship project in the global strategy of the campus operation, the futureR building will be located at the gates of the esplanade campus, along the Boulevard de la Victoire, the main axis of the city and the crossing point for several tram lines. It will thus constitute one of the Unistra on the city. The part of the estimated financial allocation for the works is estimated at 17, 7 MEUR HT for a forecast area of approximately 6, 500 m.
